These terms form an agreement between you and Telebit AI. By creating an account or using Telebit, you agree to them. If you use Telebit for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, limiting authorized access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
The service
Telebit provides AI-assisted voice and workflow tools. Features may change as the service develops. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so you must review configurations and use appropriate human oversight. Telebit is not an emergency service and must not be used as the sole channel for urgent or safety-critical communications.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your voice agent's instructions, phone numbers, connected systems, and content. You must provide legally required notices and obtain legally required consent for calls, recordings, transcription, automated communications, and personal-data processing. You must follow our acceptable use policy and all applicable laws.
Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Telebit permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content.
Third-party services
Integrations with phone, calendar, identity, and other providers are governed by those providers' terms. Telebit is not responsible for third-party services, changes, outages, or data practices.
Fees
Fees, usage limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms for paid features will be disclosed before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for completed billing periods and consumed usage are non-refundable.
Telebit intellectual property
Telebit and its software, branding, documentation, and service design belong to Telebit AI or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Telebit at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk, non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Telebit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or error-free AI output.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Telebit AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Telebit during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
General terms
Applicable law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply to you. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization or business transaction. These terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement about the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use Telebit after they take effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
