Acceptable use policy
Last updated September 14, 2026
This policy applies to all use of Telebit. You are responsible for anyone who uses the service through your account.
Lawful communications
Do not use Telebit for unlawful robocalling, spam, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or communications that violate telemarketing, do-not-call, consent, recording, privacy, or consumer-protection laws. You must identify your business and the automated nature of an interaction when required.
Safety and high-impact decisions
Do not present Telebit as an emergency service or rely on it as the sole means of contacting emergency responders. Do not use Telebit to make final decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, education, or other rights and essential services without legally sufficient human review.
Harmful or illegal content
Do not use the service to exploit children; facilitate violence or illegal activity; distribute malware; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; collect highly sensitive information without authorization; or generate hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or deliberately deceptive content.
Security and service integrity
Do not probe or bypass security, access accounts or data without permission, interfere with service operation, overload infrastructure, evade limits, resell access without authorization, or use automated methods to extract the service or its underlying models.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or Telebit. We may report unlawful conduct where required. Contact [email protected] to report misuse or ask whether a planned use is permitted.
