Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, business details, preferences, authentication events, and service configuration.

Connected accounts. If you use Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and a provider-specific identifier. If you connect another service, we receive the data and permissions needed to provide that integration. We do not receive your provider password.

Service content. Information processed through your voice agent, which may include caller contact details, call audio, transcripts, summaries, appointments, instructions, and other content you or callers provide.

Technical information. IP address, device and browser information, logs, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Telebit, authenticate accounts, process calls and requested actions, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use service content for targeted advertising.

Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, or act with consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

How we share information

We disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, communications, security, authentication, and connected services; to professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale. Vendors may process information only for the services they provide to us.

International transfers

Telebit and its vendors may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy protections may differ from those in your country.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet security, legal, and operational obligations. Retention varies by data type and account configuration. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may also revoke connected-account access in Google or Microsoft settings and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
